SUPPORT
How Our Support Works
Support built around the individual
Support at Centricorp Homes is built around each person, never the other way round.
We start by understanding someone’s situation, goals and circumstances, then put a practical plan in place to help them settle, stay well and grow in confidence over time.
What support can include
Depending on the individual, support can include
Settling into a new home and setting it up
Managing a tenancy, rent and bills, and avoiding arrears
Budgeting and managing benefit claims
Building daily routines and life skills — cooking, cleaning, shopping, travel
Accessing health, mental health and community services
Staying safe and reducing the risk of crisis or returning to homelessness
Building social connections and accessing education, training or work
Our approach
Assessment
We take time to understand the person’s needs, goals and circumstances, alongside the referrer.
The right match
We identify suitable accommodation and confirm the support plan before move-in.
Settling in
We help the resident move in, set up their home, and get the practical things in place.
Growing independence
Support is reviewed regularly and steps down as the person grows in confidence — at their pace.
Who We Support
Who our homes
are for
We support adults (18+) who need a safe home and the right support to live independently. That includes people who are:
- Moving on from homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
- Leaving hospital, residential care or other institutional settings.
- Experiencing a period of housing instability.
- Living with mental ill health and needing support to sustain a tenancy.
- Rebuilding their lives, including people leaving the criminal justice system.
- Needing extra support to develop independent living skills.
If you’re not certain whether someone is eligible, get in touch — we’d rather have the conversation than have someone miss out.

What we ask
To live in a Centricorp home, a person needs a level of support in place that makes the tenancy sustainable. Where support is funded or arranged by a local authority, NHS body or other partner, we’ll work with everyone involved to make sure the package fits the home.
CENTRIOCORP
For Local Authorities & Partners
A reliable partner for supported accommodation
Centricorp Homes works in partnership with local authorities, NHS bodies, housing teams and support organisations to deliver quality accommodation with the right support around it — helping you meet statutory duties, ease pressure on the system and improve outcomes for the people you support.
